Cocoa powder, to rim glass
1.5 oz Chocolate Moonshine
1 oz Chocolate Coconut Cream
.5oz Vodka
1 oz half-and-half
Rim glass with cocoa powder. Shake remaining ingredients with ice. Strain neat into martini glass.
