Gin Apple Fizz

1 oz Harvest Gin
1 oz Apple Pie Moonshine
1 oz sour mix
.5 oz egg white

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain neat into chilled coupe glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with 2 dashes black walnut bitters  and dried apple slice.
