Gin Fizz

1 oz Harvest Gin
.5 oz Elderflower Moonshine
.5 oz sour mix
1 egg white (1/4 cup)
Tonic
Aromatic bitters

Shake all ingredients, except tonic and bitters. Strain neat into a chilled coup glass. Top with tonic. Garnish when foam rises. Float dried citrus wheel, fresh fruit and/or fresh herb and 2 dashes bitters.
