Ginger in a Pear Tree
2 oz Vodka
.75 oz pear syrup
.5 oz ginger syrup
Soda water
Shake Vodka, pear syrup & ginger syrup with ice. Strain neat into coupe glass & top with soda water. Garnish with candied ginger. Cheers!
