This blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Old Forge Distillery’s rum liqueur barrels brings together layers of banana, vanilla, coconut, coffee, and amaretto for a rich, dessert-like profile. Notes of caramelized fruit, toasted nut, and warm spice unfold over a smooth bourbon backbone of oak and molasses. The finish lingers long and velvety, leaving impressions of banana bread, almond cream, and sweet southern warmth. It’s a southern tradition with a Caribbean finish.
