Iron Mountain has been stashed away in barrels since 2019. The 66% corn, 25% rye, and 9% barley grain bill—coupled with a five year barrel aging process—has resulted in a true Tennessee sipping whiskey that is best enjoyed neat, or with a large cube of ice.

NOSE Sweet vanilla, toffee, light fruit and subtle candied bananas

PALATE Oaky vanilla and caramel forward with a hint of butterscotch and cherry;  lingering but subtle sweet vanilla finish with a hint of baking spice
