Pom Gin Fizz
2 oz Harvest Gin
1 oz Pomegranate syrup
Splash sour
Egg white
Soda water
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake over ice. Strain into coupe. Top with pomegranate arils and a lime flag. Cheers!
